An elegant Danish Modern brooch of sterling silver filigree and beading from Hermann Siersbøl. A cluster of silver spirals and applied beads creates a light, airy jewel. The back of the piece is marked "Sterling HS Denmark." Circa 1950.

Hermann Siersbøl was a Danish jewelry designer who opened his Dragør, Denmark workshop in 1945. In 1964, Hermann died in a tragic accident, and the company was taken over by his four children.

Details.....The brooch measures 1.33" by 1.21". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
